It’s not a surprise to me that this place has so many bad reviews. It should be closed down. The only reason it’s open is lack of competition in the area. The service is horrible. The owner is horrible. This place sucks. Hopelessly bad. Just close down.

Fantastic service, and super quick!! My daughter needed her fingerprints done for a job, she had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 a.m, and we arrived early. They took us right away, She was finished with the entire process in 5 minutes or less. They moved people in /out very quickly. Not much time sitting around in the waiting area. Very professional!! Thank you for sticking with your schedule!!

Had an appointment today, was promptly helped by Ruth. She was friendly, informed, and an overall joy to be around. She got me in and out, no issues. The place was clean. Was an overall pleasant experience.

I don’t know how this particular facility could get bad reviews. I’ve dealt with Rick two times in the last 30 days and both times were great Rick was very professional and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes each time. I think a lot of folks probably should be sure to read the fine print on all the documentation that they need to bring in and that would alleviate a lot of the confusion.

This location was closed when many of us arrived for our prescheduled appointment times on 2/20. We received no emails, text messages, etc. notifying us that the office would be closed before we attempted to come to our appointments. There is no one to answer the phone and the VM box is full. We called the main number and they stated this location was and should be open. It’s 2025. Someone in that office should have the ability to click a button and sent out notices that they won’t open today. Also they probably chose not to come in because of the weather but the roads are not even bad. Seems based on other reviews that the staff at this office is just lazy and looks for any excuse not to work. Kind of annoying when they are tied to federal programs and things but can’t make the commitment to be open like other federal offices. Most of us sat there for at least an hour, and they were still closed. I highly recommend scheduling through Office Depot TSA pre-Check.

I’m 60 years old and have been having background checks done for most of my adult life. This location is run by incompetent management that makes excuses instead of trying to assist. They say things like I can’t help it if my employee called in sick instead of planning and having more than one person that is qualified to do a check. A multi million dollar company that has a monopoly on state background checks that can’t do their job should be looked into. I have no choice but to keep trying… my career is over without the check that I have to do every year and being re-scheduled three times and still having not accomplished a simple task is more than a little frustrating. I would give them zero stars if I could.
