Provider & experience was good, but I couldn't do lab work same day due to fasting & lab technician was not there, I was scheduled for a lab only appointment, took all of 5 minutes to draw my blood, only seen a nurse no provider & they charged by insurance for a full office visit e/m est. pt, reqs a medically appropriate history/exam, 30 minutes must be met/exceeded) (99214) & are requesting my copay. I was unaware of this until I was called for my telehealth appt for behavioral health that I had a balance. Billing escalated it to a billing manager & they are saying it is still an office visit (it is not its actually fraud since i didnt even see a provider to be able to charge under, the visit doesn’t meet the requirements for code), If you need to make a lab appointment i would suggest taking the order to a LabCorp outpatient for drawing.

The entire staff is very helpful and friendly they take all your needs and symptoms seriously and handle with care very quickly. I truly believe that Dr Mendy Pevahouse saved my life after listening to my heart and then doing an EKG and recommended that I go to the ER. I was literally working myself to death and I was in congestive heart failure if she hadn't caught it when she did who knows what would have happened. I am very thankful!!

Went in with sore throat and headache to be checked for covid/flu. 3 to 4 people signed in after me. Was told they do complete check up. Tech said she would check for covid/flu/strep . She took temp, BP, pulse, swabbed nose only, advised to allow 15 minutes and doctor would be in. About 45 minutes later provider comes in after seeing everyone else gives results and talks about the weather. First in last out. Wouldn’t recommend.

They charge your insurance like a hospital. Refused to give medication for sinus and chest congestion. A complete waste of 300.00. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Clean clinic that did a good job of managing waiting room expectations. Glad to have it nearby. Two things: 1. while I was treated politely, a Spanish-speaking patient was scowled at and spoken to rudely by the reception worker. The patient worked their Google Translate app at high speed to communicate while the worker just barked instructions at him. I realize bilingual staff cost more money, but surely the ability to operate Google Translate could be made a requirement for this position. 2. Once in an exam room, I waited for 40 minutes with no explanation or communication as to when I would be seen. Unacceptable considering all the automated prompts available and on display in the front of house. It’s healthcare. Please do more to treat people like consumers not cattle.

Provider dismissed my deep concern about a fresh tick bite. Only would order 1 day of antibiotic not 2 weeks (recommended dosage from National Institute of Health and ILADS (an international physician lead non profit for Lyme and other tick borne diseases) is 100-200mg of Doxycycline twice a day for 20 days). I am concerned enough that I sent the tick for testing (tickology).DO NOT ago to this group if you have had a tick bite!
