Went to drop off a pair of pants to get hemmed… woman behind the counter ask for my name and got visibly upset when she had to ask me how to spell my name…. After she filled the ticket out she said we will call you when it’s ready. I asked for a receipt so I had proof that I dropped them off… she said I will call you. I said no I need proof you have them incase you loose them or the ticket. Then she asked where I was from! Finally I was given a ticket but she wasn’t happy about it! Needless to say, I won’t be going there again.

Not a local, explained that in town for a family member’s death, and in need of next day dry cleaning. Farragut cleaners website advertises same day service (picture attached).

Staff said not available, and couldn’t have been ruder, including having “no idea” that the nearest dry cleaner to this location offers same day service.

The exact opposite of literally everyone else in this town I’ve met for three days, who have bent over backward to help a complete stranger.

Avoid.

I asked for heavy starch and they didn’t even use starch. The problem with the whole thing is the employee only cared about getting the money and didn’t even apologize for their quality. Don’t use them, attention to detail is sub par. They look like a good business though but looks can be deceiving.
