A representative came to check an issue on my roof as I suspected there was a leak around the vent pipe that needed to be repaired. That was Tuesday the guy said somebody will call in the morning to schedule when they could come out. No one called so I called Thursday several times and said they would call. Well Friday morning I called again and told them I was unhappy and to refund my deposit they quickly got a guy on and said they would finish up a job and be by me between 2:30-4 ok so I left work at 3 to be home. 4:15 still no one I called and got the automated useless ai and left another message but searched and found another number and someone answered told them it was me again and they got the roofer on the phone and said they were again finishing up a job and he would be here. Guess what it is now 8:57 pm just about dark and surprise no one showed up. The guy could have had the decency to call and say I got stuck or something. The result is now I want a full refund of my deposit and don’t show up and apologize “like that would happen “ You have taken advantage of my patience.The word of this company means nothing.

My experience with Exterior Home Solutions was an easy and pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing some outdoor home upgrades. Jason James was our sales person and did an excellent job walking us through all the options available.

The job took WAY longer than I was told it was going to take. Especially since they knew what needed to be done almost a month before the job started and we still had to wait WEEKS to get everything done, which delayed our closing over two weeks. The communication was unacceptable. I never got emails or calls returned. When I got the invoice, more sheets were added that I did not approve and they tried to charge me for sheets that were allotted for in the quote. We have another house that needs roof work and we will NEVER use nor recommend them.

They were recommended to me by my home inspector. Contacted them; they asked me to email the sections of the inspection related to the roofing issues. They told me someone would call me back with an estimate. A week went by, and I never heard from anyone. So I called on Monday, and they asked me to email the information again, which I did, and I was told someone would call me. Called today and told someone would get back to me by the end of the day; no phone call. Lousy customers would never use this company.
