The air conditioning only seems to crash when it is least convenient! The team at Elite HVAC was out the same day, within hours of my call for help. The tech repaired my issue in less than 30 minutes, I was very satisfied with the amount charged given their super-quick turnaround. A few years ago, a friend of ours recommended Elite Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad we contacted them. Owner Chris Waddell continues to exceed our expectations. He not only replaced our coil, but made sure it was covered by the manufacturers warranty. The AC was here when we bought the house in 2014, and I would have never even thought it was still under warranty. But Chris did think about it, and it saved us hundreds of dollars.This past Sunday (Mother's Day) our AC stopped working. I texted Chris to see if he could possibly fit us in on Monday.
