Woke up this morning and no heat. House temp 65 and dropping. Called Chris at 8 am and he called back in 15 minutes. Tried a re-set on the Thermostat but that didn't work. Checked the electric breaker to the unit and that was on. Chris sent Jeremy to our house and within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem as a bad pressure switch -and-- he had one in his service truck! Replaced it and we have heat. Superior service and pricing. Elite will always be my first call when having heat/cooling problems.
19 AUG 2021, our unit stopped coming on. The thermostat would click, but nothing was happening at the HVAC. I called, after hours, not expecting to hear from anyone until morning. The owner called me back within a few minutes. Today, 20 AUG, he came as stated, on time. It took a little while to trace out the wiring issue (previous owner apparently damaged the wiring, and wrapped with electrical tape). This has sunk into the ground and was not visible. He left to go to other scheduled appointments, but not before bypassing the unit so we would have some air. This may sound bad; however, I’m impressed he was concerned for the other customers. This means if I’m scheduled and someone has an emergency, I’ll still get taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend!
