I was incredibly pleased with the treatment I received at Spine and Sport in Farragut. Noah was my primary therapist, but all of the staff chipped in to make my sessions go smoothly. Not only did I receive effective treatment on days I visited the clinic, they also provided me with plans and encouragement to continue specific exercises at home on days I did not have a therapy appointment. The therapy worked well for me and S&S will remain my preferred physical therapy if I need new therapy help.

Spine and Sport of Farragut is the Best place to have your physical therapy done! Graeme Keys is my favorite but they are all equally great. Every one is professional, knowledgeable and caring! I have right side neck pain and in the weeks since I’ve seen Graeme the pain has lessened. I may need a right shoulder replacement, if so Graeme will be my therapist post surgery for sure.

Amazing experience at East Tennessee Spine and Sport in Farragut. Everyone at this facility is top notch. My physical therapist, Graeme, got me walking and even jogging again after an ankle repair surgery. Everyone is welcoming and make you feel at ease, never rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I need PT in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about East Tennessee Spine & Sport, and especially my therapist, Hollie. I started seeing her about four weeks ago after struggling for nearly five months with persistent upper back, neck, and arm pain caused by C6–C7 nerve irritation.
Before finding Hollie, I had tried everything—home rehab, medications, and even another physical therapist—but nothing worked. Hollie took the time to listen carefully to my full history, review what I’d already tried, and isolate the true source of the problem. What impressed me most was how simple and effective her approach was. There was no overcomplication—just one specific exercise to do multiple times a day—and it completely changed everything.
After months of frustration and discomfort, it took only 3 to 4 weeks under her guidance for me to go from daily pain and tingling to feeling 100% healed. Hollie’s expertise, patience, and ability to pinpoint exactly what my body needed made all the difference.
If you’re dealing with chronic neck or back pain, don’t waste time elsewhere—go see Hollie at East Tennessee Spine & Sport. She truly gave me my life back.

I’ve been so impressed by all the physical therapists and assistants I’ve seen at spine and sport (The Nest and Farragut). Had an assessment with Robby today and he was so thorough and quickly found the source of my pain. Looking forward to healing.
