This is the second time I have called this company for assistance with an issue in an older home I purchased. Both times, the company responded promptly to my message, scheduled an immediate appointment without long wait times, and the service technician arrived on time. They were efficient and courteous. The pricing was reasonable, and I would recommend this company and use their services again!

I hired ETE to replace the old 100 amp fuse box to a 200 amp breaker box while I was in Florida packing up to move home. They had to dig a trench to the garage because overhead wires are not to code. The trench was not backfilled but they sprinkled straw over it to make it look finished. The breakers are completely mislabeled & I have 2 dead outlets in the living room. Many texts, emails and calls get no response. I've filled in the trench but gotta hire another electrical company to fix the breaker box and outlets. Wish I'd been here to supervise instead of packing up in Florida.

I had 4 companies quote me on the electrical panel upgrade and several of them tried to upsell using fear tactics and make the project way bigger than it needed to be. I'm no expert so I had a state inspector come by for an objective opinion on what was actually necessary for code, and they confirmed everything that ETE said. So they gave me the most accurate estimate eithout unnecessary upsells and the best price, which I really appreciated. They got the job done quickly, coordinated with the power company and state inspector so I didn't have to make any extra phone calls, they showed up on time and were professional. I always appreciate an honest and reliable company so I will definitely call them for all our electrical needs in the future!

ETE did a terrific job adding and electrical outlet in my parents condo. It wasn't an easy install, but they were very quick and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again. professional, timely and reasonably priced

I called because the gas fireplace in the home we had recently purchased had stopped working. When I called, they were not able to fit me in right away but Kim actually was kind enough to help me over the phone!After I not being able to fix it myself with their help, they were able to very quickly work me in and send a helpful and courteous young man to fix it. I was pleased to have everything working again for the winter and I would recommend this company!
