It’s been a week and I can’t help but to post this because obviously I was bothered terribly by the customer service I received. I have been a resident of Knoxville for the last 8 years and this nail salon was closet to me ( which made it convenient). I will not ever go back because being a business owner myself , I understand that being pleasant to your customers is essential especially when prices are through the rough for the minimum of work that was done on the day I went, however, there are some good nail professionals but it’s not worth the disrespect.
I had to wait almost 45 mins before anyone started on me then had to stop several times to check people in and out. Then finally got started to be switched to someone else, it was almost 2 hours to get fill in with gel polish!
Brittany Lee is a literal magician! I wanted a French tip with metallic gold and she delivered. The service was unbeatable. I’ve struggled to find a good nail salon and nail tech but I am hooked! If you decide to go here you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you ask for my girl Brittany!
