I was very impressed with the staff at LensCrafters in West Town Mall. From check in to check out each person was great, My eye exam was very thorough and my Dr. Alecia Rogers was excellent. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
Doctors and staff are amazing! I had a great experience. All of the equipment was the newest technology available and did an amazing job at nailing my prescription. Thanks to everyone at the West Town Mall location!!!
My insurance has always paid for my eye exam but they figured out a way to get $40 out of me for another type of exam that my insurance doesn't cover and I couldn't get the exam without paying for it. Overall it was a good experience I think they do a professional job.
