Me and my wife have been going to this gym for a few months now and it’s been amazing. I’ve only spoken to the owner via text but he has been very accommodating. The gym has all the equipment one would need and is typically not very busy.

The gym and its trainers have changed my life. I started working with a trainer there in January of this year. I literally couldn’t even squat at all, now I’m squatting 150 pounds. I feel stronger and have more energy than I ever have! The trainers encourage you and push you with amazing results! The gym has great equipment, it’s clean, and in a great location. Don’t let it being in downtown Knoxville deter you. Parking is easy and rarely do I not get parking in a metered spot. Worse case scenario I park at the Dwight Kessle garage just a block behind it. Highly recommend both the gym itself and the trainers, Shawn or Brandon.
