I just popped in to make a future appointment due to having severe back pain and within minutes Diana could tell that my hips were my issue. She gave some stretches to do and I instantly felt relief! I can’t wait for my full appointment coming up on Wednesday!

I have being seeing Diana off and on for almost 8 years now. This past year I decided to level-up with the Structural Integration series or The 12. I will let her explain to you what this is but I am not overstating here when I tell you that it has and is continuing to change my life. The effects of years of stress & anxiety (including past trauma) are not only held in our minds but in our bodies. The 12 helps address this and the feeling of lightness and freedom are incredibly powerful. She is a gifted practitioner and holds a safe and comforting space for her clients. She is not "just" a massage therapist, she is a healer.
