This is my first electrolysis experience, and I could not be happier! I did laser hair removal elsewhere several years ago. It actually caused MORE hair growth. Everyone is different, but that was just my experience. After having my first child, my facial hair growth got even WORSE. Finally, I decided to take the electrolysis route. I was seriously shaving every single day and it seemed like by the end of the day, hairs were already coming in. Valerie was SO informative throughout my consultation and treatment! She’s easy to talk to, puts you at ease, and made electrolysis an easy and very tolerable process. I’m no stranger to hair removal as I have had approximately 20 laser hair removal treatments on my face, as well as work in a laser hair removal clinic. Thankfully electrolysis can target hairs that laser can’t! I’m thrilled to have started this process!

This has changed my life and I no longer have to shave every other day. I rarely do at all anymore.
This is hands down an amazing person who simplifies the process and makes scheduling easy and is very thoughtful about follow up.
The best part is she is amazing at her work. I have coarse thick black facial hair on my chin upper lip that is from PCOS and did not respond to laser hair removal at all. After 1 year of once a month treatments... it is 90% gone and after a time or two more will be gone... forever!
