Concord Medical Center is a caring and friendly practice with helpful staff and a dedicated team. Patients appreciate the staff's genuine concern for their health and positive experiences with providers. The patient portal makes it easy to access test results and communicate via email. The phlebotomists, including Beth, are praised for their quick and painless blood draws, while the nurses are thorough. Overall, the office offers a welcoming environment and quality service, making patients feel confident in their care.
So far I really like Brandon he listens to me and he wants to get down to the issue about me not feeling well. Also if I have a recommendation about a certain medication that may work better for me, he has no issue looking into which one is best for me. I really like that he doesn’t shove meds down your throat without proper medical evaluation. But I also like if you have an issue he’s going to fix it. When I told him my symptoms he immediately wanted to figure out what was going on. Probably the best doctor I’ve seen so far besides my pcp for over 15 years. He also sees my mother and she like Brandon too so far.
Katherine Massey and Dr. Nowell are some of the best medical professionals that I have ever been to. I trust them emphatically! The office staff is also very friendly and welcoming every time I am at the office.
I have always been treated well by all the staff, Jenna is always intent on helping me solve what's going on with my health. The patient portal is a huge help with getting test results, or emails from there.
