I was scheduled to have my hair colored for yesterday at 11am. As I was ready to head out the door, (I live almost an hour away) Chloe asked if I could come in 2 hours later instead. She explained she was doing a color correction. Ok, a bit inconvenient, but no problem. I respect that she was trying to make things right with another client. I drive into town, run errands only to have her cancel and say she has no idea when she will be finished. She apologized and said she would color my hair for free. I was not expecting free, I would have paid. So I did not reply to that specific statement I just ask if she is available tomorrow, she says yes. Ok. I can work with that. The next morning an hour before I head out I text just to confirm our appointment. She decides to tell me she is not coming in for the rest of the week because she is ill. Not sure when she would have let me know that. Glad I checked before I drove another hour out of my way. I am disappointed in her lack of care and flakiness. I was looking forward to hopefully finding someone I can go to for hair services. I guess not.

Chloe is literally an angel! Not only with my blonde but she cares about her clients. While getting my hair done she also helped me work out things that I wasn’t so confident about. Offering her time and or services as an extension of her business is beyond compassionate. She listens to what I want and we discuss all possible outcomes beforehand which makes it even more personable. I cannot say enough what a relaxing energy she brought to my day.Services: Haircut

Cannot recommend Chloe enough! I came in with a botched haircut and was feeling super insecure- she took the time to listen and really take care of my hair!
