Fred came out to inspect and clean my chimney and fireplaces. He did a fantastic job, leaving no mess behind. He explained some repairs that I need to plan for in the future and was very thorough. I would certainly recommend this company again.
Chimney Sweeps West came and cleaned our chimney, and they identified some issues that needed addressing. That included sealing a crack to prevent any leaks and also sealing an open cap to help with keeping out cold air. They were very professional and efficient, and they even cut away some tree branches that were closing in on the rooftop. They use clear communication and send pictures to show their work. I can’t recommend them enough!
We would highly recommend Chimney Sweeps West. Professional, timely, and excellent work.. our chimneys look new. Fred Oakes and his crew were conscientious and wanted to go beyond the call of duty to please. We will use them again.
