Was told my 4 week old baby is just an angry baby after being seen for spitting up 24/7, inconsolable crying from pain for hours on end daily.
UPDATE - My baby turned out to have CMPA. Cow milk protein allergy. This is negligence from children’s urgent care. Will never return here again. ANOTHER update - After further care, it turns out my baby has food protein induced enterocolitis syndrome. This is not just an angry baby, according to Tyler (PA).

I showed up on Saturday afternoon and was in and out in an hour, which was quick considering how busy they were. The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The nurse practitioner, Tess, was able to diagnose my son’s issue quickly. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all children!

Our 3 year old son had a frightening onset of loss of appetite, headache, fever and neck pain. We came in on a Thursday evening around 8:30. We only waited a couple minutes before getting checked in by the efficient and professional gentleman at the front desk. We had another less than five minute wait before intake nurse Logan brought us back. She was kind, professional and efficient. After our intake, we waited another few minutes for Angelica Owens, FNP to come to our room. She took our concerns seriously and did a thorough assessment of our son. Angelica was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable and assured us our son more than likely had an acute viral infection that should pass on its own. She also advised us what symptoms would indicate a trip to the ER just in case. We only waited a few more minutes to be checked out by another team member who was friendly and ensured we had no more questions before giving us our paperwork. We had an overall great experience and we were in and out within a half hour. Highly recommend!

If you like 2-3 hour waits this is the place! Should take the name Urgent out of children’s urgent care…

We went on a Tuesday evening and were seen immediately. The doctors and nurses were professional and kind. My son felt calm the entire time we were there, even when he had to get a few stitches.

There was a long wait on a Saturday night, but the nurse practitioner we saw was very knowledgeable. She was going to send us home with some antibiotics, but then came back and told us to go to the ER at Children’s Hospital. I’m very thankful she told us to go, my son ended up needing to be admitted to the hospital. This is definitely a good place to go if you need after hours care for children. Also, the lady you check it with was so nice. My son was crying and scared to come in and she came out and gave him some water and stickers.

Absolutely no wait to see a doctor at 10:30pm on Tuesday. Everyone was incredible, they were caring, great with talking to the child patient, they listened thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with our visit. Got answers and got out after some monitoring. The facility was clean and had new tech. We are not from the state, just traveling through, and needed an urgent care for a sudden high fever. Ten stars!

Wait is always very long, they have plenty of front desk people but I think only one doctor. Place didn’t seem busy, there were only 1 or 2 cars outside when we came, but it took more than 1.5 hours to see the Dr. We will not visit again unless we absolutely have to.
