I showed up on Saturday afternoon and was in and out in an hour, which was quick considering how busy they were. The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The nurse practitioner, Tess, was able to diagnose my son’s issue quickly. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all children!
Our 3 year old son had a frightening onset of loss of appetite, headache, fever and neck pain. We came in on a Thursday evening around 8:30. We only waited a couple minutes before getting checked in by the efficient and professional gentleman at the front desk. We had another less than five minute wait before intake nurse Logan brought us back. She was kind, professional and efficient. After our intake, we waited another few minutes for Angelica Owens, FNP to come to our room. She took our concerns seriously and did a thorough assessment of our son. We went on a Tuesday evening and were seen immediately. The doctors and nurses were professional and kind. My son felt calm the entire time we were there, even when he had to get a few stitches.
