New pool owner. Wow! What helpful people! I knew nothing going in, they walked me through the first steps of pool care and gave very specific instructions. It's rare to be treated so well as a new customer. I wanted to buy things I didn't need, instead they evaluated what I actually need. It was inexpensive. These are the kind of people you want to work with.

I just put up an above ground pool and needed supplies. These gals really helped. I got what I needed at a reasonable price. Don't expect a pristine polished shop. It's dusty and smells like.....POOLS.. go figure.. But they have what you need and better than that.. They KNOW what they're talking about and will help!! Golden!!

I had an issue with a very specific hose for my above ground pool. Was not able to fix it via a few things I tried and was suggested by other pool stores. I called them up, they diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a solution. I went to the store and they custom cut me a hose, suggested a better coupling option, built it and sent me on my way. Got home and it worked flawlessly! Could not recommend this business more.
