I contracted with CBP to install a new tankless water heater at my home. They took over 30 minutes with me for this free visit to examine the existing unit to make sure that it wasn't salvageable before talking about a new unit. From there, they were very transparent with pricing and the work involved. I quickly received a quote for a new Navien tankless unit and was able to schedule the installation within a day.

I called Cedar Bluff plumbing frantic because I needed someone out asap. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and even though they were booked, were willing to fit me in before the end of the day. So grateful!
