In from out of town & had to kill some time. We walked in to this shop & we're able to be seen right away! The shop is nice, clean, & staff friendly. I got the lava pedi with gel French tip toes. I spent $71. Then tipped 10 for a great job! If I'm ever in Knoxville again, this will be my shop!
They did a good job. I only gave them 3 stars because they charged me $50 for dip polish only without including a manicure, which I asked for. I think they were in a rush be a it was close to closing time.
I stopped by for a walk‑in pedicure and had a great experience. I read a book while my tech worked. She took care of all the standard pedicure stuff—trimming, hang‑nail removal, cuticle pushing, callus treatment, and buffing my toenails. I also enjoyed a salt scrub followed by a lotion massage and hot towel. My toenails were in pretty rough shape when I arrived, but they look fantastic now. I've been here twice now. I plan to keep returning. Thank you for the excellent service!
