Emily is an amazing pilates instructor. I have tried many fitness classes but this is the first one I've been able to stick with. It has helped tone my muscles and I feel way less sore. Emily is amazing about asking how your body is feeling and tailoring the sessions to help you. I love taking the classes and hope to continue for a long time.

I've been taking Pilates classes at Bliss for a couple of years now. I started with one on one private sessions and now take group classes. Everything from the atmosphere and the energy to the instructors and the movement is supportive! You won't find a more welcoming and kind group! I feel stronger and more balanced and like I am taking care of my body in a way that supports my long-term goals and future self. Plus, classes are so grounding that I actually leave feeling so energized for whatever I have to face for the day.
