I adore this place. This was my first experience ever with pilates and pilates equipment, & I couldn't have asked for a better 10 weeks of classes with this team! Every instructor is very patient, helpful and incredibly SKILLED. It's honestly amazing the routines they create. Can't wait to continue my journey here and am constantly recommending others to come here. You will love it!

If you're reading this, something is wrong with you, and you've determined the Pilates program is the best way to fix it. Naturally you're looking for the best place with the best people to help you. Here it is! My recommendation comes from the end of 20 years of pain and skepticism, so call and visit and begin. You will feel better here.

I love the calm, peaceful vibe at Bliss. I went there for the first time today to receive a massage from Whitney. The massage was FANTASTIC! Whitney's touch is so nurturing and relaxing. This was exactly what I needed to reset my nervous system. I appreciated the COVID protocols and communication with the studio. The bathroom is an "all gender" bathroom which goes a long way in making all bodies feel welcome. I so appreciate this space and the care I received!

We are here to help you return to balance and support you doing the things you love. Balance looks a little different for every body. Our integrative approach brings together therapeutic massage and bodywork, pilates, movement training, and education to meet you where you are and empower you to move through your life feeling more nourished, connected, and whole.
