I had an issue trying to get in touch with someone regarding a canceled appointment and a refund. It took longer than I would have liked for someone to return my messages and address the situation. However, I finally received a call from Courtney, who was very apologetic, genuinely concerned about my experience, and took the time to make sure the issue was resolved. While the initial communication was frustrating, I do appreciate the way Courtney handled the situation once she became involved. If you do have an issue, they will make an effort to make it right.

I have waited and watched lip filler results for years, and after looking at Shara’s results I got it done. No regrets! From the start, the staff was sweet and accommodating. I was nervous about the pain (lips are sensitive- by design) and they reassured me, but more importantly, numbed them ;). The procedure was -at most -uncomfortable. Then the results were worth every moment of waiting…. Beautiful. Natural, NOT overdone, and even my skeptical husband says they look great. Who knew lips could be so sexy.
