I have been coming here for the past six months and enjoyed it overall. It's usually quiet when I come at different times of the day. I do have some frustrations though. The music can be extremely loud (itcomes out of a giant speaker) can be heard through noise cancelling headphones--this my least favorite thing about the gym and I wish it was at a set level. Additionally, some people do hog multiple machines and can be rude about it when you ask them to work in with them or to use it.

The staff are exceptionally nice and always super helpful. The gym floor and equipment is well maintained and very clean. Have been here for many months and no complaints whatsoever.

If you’re looking for a gym that isn’t as large and crowded as NFS or Gold’s Gym, this is the gym for you. It is smaller than those gyms, but there is never ever large of a crowd where you can’t use something. It’s got several machines, dumbbell area, three squat racks, smith machine, cardio machines, and a nice area to stretch. The studio was recently turned into a physical therapy place, so unfortunately there is not an area to workout that is more closed off and secluded from people. That is my only downside.
