Dr. Spranklin is personable and professional. Very good at identifying needs and presenting options. Gentle care. Had a peel and laser treatments with Dr. Spranklin - excellent! The products she recommended are working great - my over skin looks fantastic.
Got my eyelashes done here. She was fast and applied the lashes well. There's been almost no shedding and it's been 3 days already. The lashes she uses are a little more curved and thicker. If you prefer the feather light, I would discuss that first. But so far I have been very pleased, and will be returning. Depends what city or what you are used to, but this isn't a super plush salon with chandeliers and wine. But the prices are reasonable due to the lower overhead.
