Richard listens to his clients and what they are looking for. He travels to wherever he needs to go to find that special place for his clients. For myself and my husband, he traveled 2 hours to meet us at several different properties. When we returned a month or so later, he traveled again to see us. He was genuinely interested in our plans for our property.
I have to say Richard has been the best through our whole process. He helped us sell a property within the first 2-3 days of listing it. We enjoyed working with him so much we allowed him to help us find our dream property. Do you ever get that feeling when you work with or meet someone that they are a truly genuine person?
