“We relocated to Tn. from Ca.and needed to find a Realtor to help us purchase land to place a new Clayton prefab home on. We quickly discovered many realtors are not interested or all that knowledgeable in this type of transaction. Buying land is more involved than just buying an existing home.
April is very experienced in this and worked closely with the home manufacturer to help us secure the land after delays caused by the county regarding the septic permit. She never gave up and helped get several extensions during the closing process. This was not a large deal for her in terms of dollar amount but she stayed on it until completed which we greatly appreciated to say the least !!
