Kathy's patience with my home issues has been overwhelmingly wonderful!!! She has such a genuine outlook & personality. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional about processes related to the home selling/buying experience & and that has made my experience a piece of cake!!! Even for a rather low property sale (Lot) I received good advice and attention. Kathy was a good Listener and provided information by which we both gained when the sales price was increased and very shortly thereafter produced a full price offer and subsequent sale.
