“I have been using Sondra as a massage therapist for a few years now. My back has been an issue for quite a long time. I have had therapists in the past that would trigger the pain and it would take a long time for me to be able to get moving again afterward. Sondra has been able to provide great relief for my low back pain. I have now gotten to where I don't anticipate pain at the end of the session. She is very talented and was able to convince my nervous system that pain does not have to be associated with (proper) massage work. I highly recommend her.”
