He was consistent with giving an explanation of what he was about to do and the benefits and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling or if I needed adjustments. It is very clear he takes his craft serious and the health of his clients serious. I feel comfortable and respected. He was the absolute best! The whole staff was amazing. Kendall gave me a warm shoulder compress and offered me delicious refreshments. It was truly so needed. Ended with a delightful hibiscus tea with lemonade ice cubes! They have thought of it all!”
