Wendy was the Best. She actually helped me out while I was with a different agent that wasnt helpful at all. it took 4 months to get out of the prior agent relationship, but when I finally did, I knew Wendy was who I was going with. And I didnt regret it. She was beyond helpful in figuring out potential pitfalls for my land purchase. She was on top of every step and was the best resource while buying land for my first time.
Wendy did a fantastic job. As a single senior citizen who needed to relocate, I greatly needed her expertise and advice. I received 3 offers the first weekend it was on the market and she worked tirelessly to deal with various complications that can arise in a property sale. I highly recommend her.
It is not possible for us to have had a better experience searching for, and then purchasing our home in Tennessee, than the experience we had with Wendy. We lived on the west coast while we were searching and Wendy's expertise and communication were so reassuring. She went into every home we were considering and took photos and videos, and sent them to us so that we could keep our travel to a minimum. When she found us the home we ultimately purchased, she patiently helped us navigate the closing process. Wendy is an absolute gem, and we are beyond grateful she was our realtor.
