Alex came out and checked our heat pump. He diagnosed the problem and determined the part was still under warranty. He gave us an estimate of repairs. He had the parts ordered and promptly scheduled a time to come and replace the part. The cost of the repair was exactly what he said. He is very knowledgeable on the units and very professional.

I had an AC unit installed by this company and had some issues but it turned out to be a defective part I highly recommend this company and if you can ask for Brandon trust me this guy were diligently until the problem was finally corrected I would say he went above and beyond he communicated competently with his boss informing him of everything they found and they came up with the problem and a solution pretty quickly it's been a long time since I met someone so professional and competent Brandon he always kept me in the loop. About his progress. And I think you went above and beyond to fix it thank you guys you definitely got my return business.

I would like to commend and recommend Tri-City Air Conditioning Co in Johnson City for their professionalism, integrity, customer service, and excellent work. I just had a problem with water coming out from a tube that had come out of my dehumidifier--I found out it was too long. Brandon came out within an hour of being called by their phone service, and cut the tube shorter, secured it with a zip tie, did preventative maintenance and safey by also pulling my electrical cords from the floor and securing them to the heat pump, then cleaning all of the water up where there had been a leak and my GFCI had cut everything off.
