I requested a quote online to replace some fascia that had been blown off during a recent storm. Nathan responded and we scheduled a day for him to come out and inspect the required work. Nathan came out, inspected the required work and I had a quote the next day. My home was built in 2015 and I had some concerns that the matching fascia would not be available. As it turned out, Nathan was able to find a match. After some weather delays, the install crew, Antonio and Luis came out and did an excellent job! Needed a simple repair done due to some storm damage. Originally they called to explain they typically don't do jobs like this which we completely understood. A few hours later they called back to let us know they would be in the area and wouldn't mind to stop by to make the repair then. Everybody we've spoke to has been kind and professional and the repair looks great. Would definitely recommend them for any future work.

I am very happy with my new roof from TCR. When I called Tri Cities Roofing for an estimate on replacing my roof they were out the next day. I wanted my shingles replaced with a new steel roof and I also had some major damage on a small back roof that needed attention. Even though they were very busy with a lot of the hurricane Helene damage in the area they got started on my roof in a very short time. When the crew came out they were friendly and polite and did an excellent job. They removed all of my old shingles and stacked them neatly and out of the way before loading them to haul off. They constantly ran the magnetic roller all over the area countless times... read full review
