Our technician, Ben, was the definition of service with a smile. He did an outstanding job, was very thorough and informative, and was in and out quickly. Ya know, I was just living my life and all of a sudden, one morning, I wake up with bites on my arms and back. I have indoor/outdoor cats so maybe it was a few flea bites, didn’t think much of it. Next day, same thing. Kept happening for about a week. Hmm. Maybe it wasn’t fleas! Then I found him. Patrick, we called him. He was brown and tear-shaped-ish. Patrick Appleseed Bedbug, Esq. I immediately scooped him up in a tiny jar and started calling my local pest control companies to compare prices.
