Nick is great to work with!He is very knowledgeable in areas of fitness and nutrition.He focuses on your personal needs and advises where you need improvement and adjusts your needs according to your progress. He oversaw my diet program in which I have lost 84 pounds in 10 months.I highly recommend!
I've been training with Nick for a year and he's made hitting my fitness goal easy and possible - something I've tried to do on my own for years. Beyond just the fitness and nutritional knowledge, he's attentive to my health needs, limitations and dietary restrictions. Nick has been phenomenal to work with both in person and provides excellent fitness support outside the gym also.
