Every person we encountered through the emergency room, surgery, teams, and recoveries were all professional, kind, helpful, skilled and caring. What an amazing experience during a difficult time.
I have no complaints. The waiting period I had was because my veins are so small and “rolling” that we waited for the X-ray person to come to find a vein for an IV. Everybody I encountered was so nice.
I have experienced two hospitals in Johnson City, Tennessee for myself, for my husband, and for a very dear friend. Hands down I’d rather be at Johnson City Medical Center for their professionalism and for its 24/7 care in all departments.
