Any time I need my medicine filled that needs prior authorization I always get it same day. They have always listened and addressed my concerns. I also have therapy there with Dr. Joey. Any time the appointment is about my mental health Dr. Joey is allowed to sit in and give his input. They have always been very thorough with appointments and even schedule longer ones if needed. They are truly wonderful there. I have not met a doctor or student yet I have not like.

Staff has always been great but appointments take FOREVER. My kids need to be seen but I can't sit for 2+ hrs waiting to be seen by the training doctor, the 2nd doctor and then the 3rd doctor above all of them. No matter the time of day it always takes hours from start to finish.

This medical office is the absolute best I have ever been to. I am so thankful for the wonderful office staff. And Dr. Crabill is a phenomenal doctor. But don't steal my appointments from me :)
