I left three pups with them a week before Christmas I came back Christmas Day. I gave them enough food to feed my pups for the entire time. When I picked them up, they were all covered in their own pee and poop. Along with that they failed to feed my pups I got 90% of the food back when I shouldn’t have gotten any back. Within two months my oldest pup quickly declined having symptoms of being severely mistreated and shortly thereafter passed away. This place treated my animals like shit do not let them care for your pets they will end up in a box. The vet that had to put my pup down said the symptoms were severe and would not have come up in as short of a time unless he was mistreated.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my dog there before. Christmas because I couldn’t get in to where I normally take him. When I picked up my dog I thought it was weird for the owners to bring my dog out then while talking to them my god turned his head and I noticed his eye bulging out and blood like around his eye. I ask what happened and they were like was it like that when you brought him in. I was like absolutely not. Then I ask questions to the girl that checked him in and she acted weird after talking to the owners I told them I was taking my dog straight to move. Which I did. They then gave me their card with their cell number on it after the vet visit the owner called me and ask me the results I told him and he said he would look at their video and let me know. U have yet to hear from them. Please do not take your precious pet to this place.

They are hands down the best groomers out there! My pup had a bad experience with a precious groomer, and they took the time with her to ensure she was comfortable, relaxed, and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Fairy tales are the best and I have 4 unruly German Sheppards. They always come home perfectly groomed and none of them are a bit jittery around any of the groomers. Plus they're always busy but seem to find me time for my babies. Love them and recommend them 100% of the time!!!!

We were headed on a trip and needed to get our shedding Husky groomed prior to the trip, Fairytales was able to work her in and she looked amazing when we picked her up!!!! Will be using for all my dogs!!!

I really like these folks. They've been caring for my two Aussiedoodles for a year. Their pricing is very good and the atmosphere is really fun. I haven't tried them for boarding yet, but I have a feeling they're very good.

We came into town from Florida for the USA National Softball tournament and had to travel with our dog who has not yet been spayed. Boarding has been a problem for us due to our vet’s recommendation to wait for the surgery yet they were willing to provide the care we were looking for for her. This place was so accommodating and helpful. Not knowing what the tourney schedule would look like day to day, they worked with us so that dog was taken well care of! They also were flexible with our payment. We were so happy to find Fairy Tails. Our dog was happy to go each morning! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Purdy!!

I brought my CAT here! He has never been bathed, let alone groomed, but he had matting on his hips that my husband and I could not get rid of. But FairyTails did! He was bathed, trimmed, and smelled really nice when I picked him up. The groomers said he was a little "fiesty" lol, but understandable given the situation (and the fact that he's 16!). Thanks team!
