I’ve noticed my neck and low back pain has disappeared, and I have an increased awareness of my attempts to brace my diaphragm when lifting in the gym. I’ve been able to focus on correcting that and I’ve noticed how that awareness/challenge has continued to prevent my neck/back compensating.
