Will give a three because I’ve had great experiences in the past. I know that I went in at 5:37pm but I was still hoping to get my brows done. The shop was closed and when I went to knock on the door, the blonde haired gentleman quickly told me that they were closed. The Mall closes at six. I just saw him walking out to his car at 5:47pm. Super disappointed.

First time getting my brows waxed. Kalea did mine and she was awesome! She was so sweet to me. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be going back and I will ask for Kalea. She is the best!
