Addus is a home care company that is focused on providing in home care to allow folks to remain as independent as possible in their own homes with caregiver support. The caregivers are scheduled based on their availability and geographic location. This allows for work and home life balance to the employees! I've been working in the Johnson city office since April 2021 and I've never worked with a better group of people in my life. They truly care about the clients and care givers while going above and beyond to help on a daily basis.
