Based on the reviews, Paw Salon is a highly recommended grooming business, especially for smaller breeds. The shop is always kept clean and is a very pretty business. The pricing is very reasonable at $40, and the groomer is cheaper than other places. She can often get clients in less than a week, while other places have a waiting period of at least a month. Customers do not have to drop off their dogs early in the morning; they can sit and watch the grooming. The outcome is excellent, with dogs looking amazing and smelling amazing, groomed exactly the way the owner wanted. One thing to note is that the business only takes cash, not cards. Despite that, customers highly recommend this place and would not think of going anywhere else.
Took my Waylon (miniature schnauzer) for a long overdue haircut and nail trim today. Bless his heart I know he was miserable. His legs were matted up really bad and his nails hadn't been cut in almost a year. They're black so I'm scared to do it but anyway...she didn't complain about it and there was no snide comments. (Even if there were, I would have deserved it) We were there all of maybe 20 minutes. In and out done. I have called around other places and most of them there was a waiting period of at least a month. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get my small dog groomed. Jill isn't far from my house & she is wonderful. Her pricing is very reasonable & she keeps the shop clean.
I had a very good experience. She is proficient and quick which reduced my 17 yr old dogs anxiety and head shyness that I adopted 1 yr ago. I use to work in a vet's office and know the challenges of dog behavior. Thank you
