Luke was very quick to diagnose the issue with my unit, which happened to be a capacitor problem. He was very informative and suggested other upgrades that could help but may not be necessary. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary equipment, which I appreciated. Overall I was satisfied with the service. Expect to pay around $300-$500 for a capacitor repair. If you can diagnose and do it yourself you will obviously come out much cheaper. I was in a pinch and paid for the convenience. Great HVAC technician though!
Took my Waylon (miniature schnauzer) for a long overdue haircut and nail trim today. Bless his heart I know he was miserable. His legs were matted up really bad and his nails hadn't been cut in almost a year. They're black so I'm scared to do it but anyway...she didn't complain about it and there was no snide comments. (Even if there were, I would have deserved it) We were there all of maybe 20 minutes. In and out done. I have called around other places and most of them there was a waiting period of at least a month. She got me in less than a week and she is cheaper than everybody else. $40 I didn't have to drop him off early in the morning, leave them there all day and come back and get him. I can sit and watch him being groomed. My sweet pea does not even look like the same dog! Not to mention he smells AMAZING! The one thing I didn't like was the fact that she does not take any kind of cards. She only takes cash. I'm sure she has her own personal reason for that, I just wish I knew that before I went. Other than that I highly recommend this place!
First time coming to the salon as a native to Jamestown there are many options for hair care.When I called about an hour before the appointment time that was given to me which was amazing usually you have to wait weeks with people I was spoken to by a very knowledgeable very kind very talented woman named Ashley she could tell I was nervous so she did her best to talk to me and kid with me and joke with me and offer her opinion and answer all my questions not to mention she did a fantastic job I cannot be happier with what she did sometimes just a simple haircut can change so much of your own perspective for yourself like I said I will be coming back and I will be trying to bring my family with me I believe I have found my new hairdresser for life thank you illusions and thank you Miss Ashley
I am happy to report a five star review for my recent computer repair service. Jerome was knowledgeable, efficient, and didn't even mind speaking loud for my old lady ears. He took the time to be certain I understood the directions and reassured me he was available for any future problems. I highly recommend this man and I'm glad we have someone local with big city experience.

Great on phone service, plumbers (Tim and Joshua) showed up exactly when they said they would, problem was quickly diagnosed and quickly corrected. All pricing was very clear and upfront. Will absolutely use them in the future.

What a great company! We had our new heat and air installed by someone else but it cut off during the freezing weather. We call A-Team and they came out the same day. We've used them on several issues and couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend.

Jamestown is very blessed to have a vet like Dr Jack. We live in Oregon & it took me 5 vets before I found a Dr Jack who genuinely loves the animals he cares for.
Went on line made an appointment for a sat morning at 8:30am and at 8:13am I was called back. The nurse practitioner was amazing too.....I highly recommend the Jamestown Fast Pace to anyone in need of care.
