Great service, very clean and understanding staff. Wait time from online/app not reflected well even with appt but understandable with displayed staff shortage sign and holidays. Veteran friendly as well. Very happy to find out of the very limited options living in the area of Morgan County.

The doctors are super professional. They listen and are very thorough. In the event that you may need more than what their facility offers, (I needed a CT scan) they will recommend places. They have helped myself and my family and I'm so thankful. Just had a recent visit that took a little longer but it was worth it. The care and helpfulness of the receptionist and the Dr. was amazing. And that was all who was working so for being extremely short staffed they had friendly caring attitudes and they got us in and out as fast as they could without cutting any corners. I had to be seen a couple days ago due to an illness. Turns out I tested positive for streptococcus and covid. The dr and staff were all so kind and caring. Very professional and quality personnel. I was cared for as an individual not a number. I was kept informed as they cared for me. I'm starting to recover thanks to the prescribed medication and advice.
