Not all companies would have an employee who would stick to it and figure out what was wrong and follow through until it was completely fixed. We appreciate your taking pride in what you do and the kindness you showed. Thank you again for a job well done. Had our windows for almost 7 years and this is the first time they had to come out for a problem. Best thing, it was at no cost due to the warranty of the windows.

We have replaced windows in four houses through Window World of Jackson, TN, and they have always been great. This last time was even better! Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)
