We have replaced windows in four houses through Window World of Jackson, TN, and they have always been great. This last time was even better! Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)

On a hot, humid August day, Alexander and his crew arrived to install all 12 of our home’s windows plus a bow window that proved tricky to install.

Very timely with estimate. Most companies won't come this far out from Memphis, Jackson or Nashville, so that was a nice surprise. Ordering was easy. I had their windows in my home in FL, so knew the product, and knew what I wanted. Delivery time was a little less than quoted which was excellent. The crew called ahead, were here exactly when they said they would be. They got right to work, had the door installed w/in 90 minutes, they cleaned up everything very nicely. Caulking is excellent, doors and locks work great. Im very happy.
