Service man came and diagnosed the problem. I called my warranty company and warranty representative discussed the problem and was resolved in my favor allowing me to purchase a new appliance with the warranty company paying most of the bill.

The Sears service technician, Xavier ,was very professional and made our repair very quickly. He has an excellent personality and was very understanding of our problem. He represents your company well. If we have another appliance problem I hope he gets the assignment.

My technician Xavier was very professional and friendly. I was not home when he first arrived so he called me. He waited for me to arrive. After the repair was done he verified it with me and left. Unfortunately there showed a problem after he left. I called him on his phone and he returned and fixed the problem. Would recommend Xavier as a technician.
