My Refrigerator is repaired. Finally. Over the last four months, every Sears Serviceman they came to my home or very professional and polite. I’m happy they finally got everything fixed.

Very knowledgeable and communicates in a way lay people can understand. Friendly and polite. Today, Chris was also training Mack, and he explained every process that he was doing and used the old and new parts as a teaching tool.

Brandon was very polite and personable but also professional. He arrived on time and completed a thorough diagnostic exam before confirming what we had feared. Our freezer was shot!! Cleaned up after himself and was very cordial. Fine young man.
