Plumber was nice and friendly explained everything to me talked with utility worker trying to explain the problem well please . Also it was a holiday speedy reply from email for service quick response from plumber.
Sam made the experience great. He is professional, very experienced, and an all around great guy. He explained the steps he was going to take to resolve our issue and gave us an estimate before he started. He updated us as he worked. We're so relieved. We've had problems with that sink since we moved in, nearly 3 years ago. It's people like Sam, who represent a company and make the customer happy to have chosen that company. Tell Sam, again, that we truly appreciated his help.
These guys are more than professional. Very nice and go out of there way to make sure the job is done. My tech is the greatest! I will personally ask for him when needed. I have researched pricing and they are hands down the cheapest and most honest. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
