It's a real nice place that has a whole lot to offer. The only downside I've noticed are the hours. As a night shift person it's difficult to get in especially on the weekends.
Checks all the boxes that you could want in a fitness center. They also have a great kids program for parents, super welcoming environment, clean facility! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fitness center!
I am not yet a member of the Lift, but we signed our son up for swimming lessons this winter (we also do summer lessons elsewhere). He loves swimming and we try to keep him active and have an outlet. He is 5 and autistic. Tj is WONDERFUL and understanding. He is firm but kind. Our son is becoming a better swimmer and responds well to his instructor. I appreciate Tj so much and highly recommend him if you have a child on the spectrum!
