Nurses: Brittany, Josh, Caleb, and Rita all worked together well. I believe that they are more than just Nurses; that provides care and professionalism. To me they are a team with excellent healthcare knowledge and practices. In addition to my personal care, I must give a shout out to my procedure technicians: Addison, for talking to me during my procedure and Rita for holding my hand for support and reassurance during painful or difficult moments of the procedure. I really felt comfortable with them both right in the room with me. Everyone made the whole experience great! Everyone was so nice from the time I set foot in the door for my procedure!! Dr. Crocker and his team were wonderful! And a special thanks to Rita and Caleb for taking care of me. Rita really out did herself on making me feel comfortable!
I had a kyphoplasty procedure at Jackson Radiology Assc. The facility is impeccable in care. Josh and Rita were both so attentive for my needs and they actually cared about me. Excellent facility:)
